Enterprises! We’ve addressed your feedback – now it's even easier to scale Matterport through your organization. We’re newly equipped with advanced security and user management that fit seamlessly into the existing workflows of large organizations.
At Matterport we are always looking for new ways to improve how we fit into our customers’ daily workflows. Starting Jun 15, 2022 Matterport will be releasing a series of API-enabled integrations that allow customers to bulk manage their organizations and spaces through their existing platforms. We are also excited to announce a new feature, Private Model Embed, and View Only access. Private Model Embed allows enterprises to easily distribute models for internal-only access. Matterport is also releasing audit and usage reports for enterprise customers to access and gain valuable information about their account and model activity.
Private Model Embed
This is a great new way for enterprises to share private models with a large group of users without requiring a user license for every viewer of the space. Private Model Embed allows anyone with access to your internal portals, intranets, or websites to view the private model without logging in or creating a Matterport collaborator account. Now all of your employees can access models from the privacy and security of your internal systems, without having to create a Matterport account. Learn more about Private Model Embed
Advanced Admin Control and View-Only Access
The updated administrative console allows account owners to easily manage permissions for viewing and sharing at the account level as opposed to the model or folder. This allows enterprise organizations to easily manage the viewing permissions for all users, without having to set granular access when each model is uploaded to the platform.
Account API
Implementing Matterport just got a lot easier! Matterport’s account APIs allow enterprise customers to connect their Matterport accounts to second or third-party systems that allow for quick implementation and bulk account management of users and spaces. Learn more about our APIs
We are also excited to announce our updated reporting and analytics capabilities. Now enterprises can export reports to help drive actionable insights around their Matterport digital twin strategy, including:
account usage
who has access to which models
analytics on model performance
Reporting also allows our customers to more easily calculate the impact Matterport has had on their business. These reports contain information about model metadata like folder location, capture device, and property address to name a few.
